Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- Referral rewards are available to current Achieve clients in good standing.
- Referrals must be new to Achieve (no prior inquiries, proposals, or contracts within the last 12 months).
- Self-referrals are not eligible.
Referral Process
- A referral must be submitted to Achieve in writing (email or form submission) [email to referral@achievecauses.com or link to form on page) before the referred organization makes initial contact or signs a contract.
- Only the first referring client to submit a referral will be eligible for the reward if multiple referrals are made for the same organization.
Referral Reward Details
- Donation or statement credit is equal to 10% of the referred client’s initial contract amount, up to a maximum of $1,000.
- For nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, this reward will be given as a donation to the referring client’s nonprofit once the referred client’s contract is executed and payment is received in full.
- If the referring client is not a 501(c)(3), a statement credit will be applied to the referring client’s next invoice after payment from the referred client is received in full.
- Rewards are based on the referred client’s initial signed contract only and exclude future work, add-ons, or renewals.
Reward Fulfillment Timing
- Donations or credits will be processed within 30 days of receiving full payment from the referred client.
Referred Client Discount
- The referred client will receive 10% off their first project or the first 12 months of services with Achieve, depending on the type of work contracted.
- The discount applies to marketing projects, campaign services, website development, hosting, and content support services.
- The discount excludes paid media expenses, and other third-party costs.
- The discount applies only to the referred client’s first signed contract and cannot be applied retroactively.
Additional Limitations
- Only the first referring client to submit a referral for a specific organization is eligible for the reward.
- Rewards and discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Achieve reserves the right to verify nonprofit status before issuing a donation.
Achieve may modify or end this program at any time without prior notice.
