Manatee Lagoon is one of Palm Beach County’s fun and engaging family-friendly attractions, with interactive, entertaining exhibits that inspire curiosity about the environment and the wonderful world of manatees.
Challenge
As part of Florida Power & Light Company’s environmental commitment, Manatee Lagoon was created to educate and inspire the public through close-up experiences with Florida’s iconic manatees. While the center offered a variety of interactive programs and community events, its digital presence didn’t fully reflect the engaging, family-friendly experience it provided in person. Manatee Lagoon needed a website that could both elevate its educational mission and streamline operational functions such as event booking and program registration—making it easier for the public to connect with its offerings online.”
Solution
Achieve collaborated with Manatee Lagoon’s program and venue teams to assess their internal needs and identify software tools to improve event and program management. From there, our team led the implementation process, working closely with third-party vendors to ensure seamless software integration with the new website. At the same time, Achieve’s designers and developers created a visually engaging, user-friendly website that brought the magic of the manatee experience online while supporting the center’s operational goals.

The new website offers a seamless digital experience that mirrors the engaging spirit of Manatee Lagoon. Visitors can now easily explore upcoming events, register for programs, and even book the venue for special occasions—all online. The result is a more efficient, accessible, and mission-aligned platform that helps Manatee Lagoon connect more meaningfully with the community it serves.
